Services

Retention you can count on.

Three ways to work together. Most brands start with one and add another once they see how the store and the inbox feed each other.

  • Flow revenue
  • Campaign revenue
  • List growth
  • Inbox placement

Next week: test a second abandoned cart reminder by SMS.

Klaviyo

Full email and SMS management

I run the whole program inside your Klaviyo account. Flows get built first, then a campaign calendar planned around your launches, restocks, and the dates your customers care about. SMS gets its own concepts, not shortened emails.

  • Monthly campaign calendar with written briefs
  • Email design in your brand system, built mobile first
  • Segmentation by purchase history and engagement
  • Every send reviewed with you before it goes out
  • Weekly performance report, readable in two minutes

Shopify

Storefront builds and fixes

Online Store 2.0 themes built from your theme's real sections, so your team can edit them later without calling me. I also fix the things that cost sales quietly: slow product pages, broken variant logic, and apps that don't talk to each other.

  • Theme builds, migrations, and custom page templates
  • Product page features and purchase logic
  • Landing pages for launches, ads, and partner programs
  • Inventory, wholesale, and app integrations
  • Changes built on an unpublished theme first, then shipped

Strategy

Strategy and audits

For brands with someone in-house to execute. You get the plan, the reasoning behind it, and a way to tell if it's working.

Account audit

A full pass through Klaviyo and Shopify with a ranked list of what to fix, what to build, and what to stop doing.

Campaign calendar

Monthly plans with subject lines, angles, segments, and send dates, balanced across product, education, and promotion.

Offer testing

A structured way to test discounts, bundles, and free shipping thresholds so you stop guessing.

Deliverability

More on deliverability

If it doesn't hit the inbox, nothing else matters.

I check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment, set up a branded sending domain in Klaviyo, and watch bounces and complaints flow by flow. When open rates drop, I look at the bounce reasons before touching the DNS.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you work in my Klaviyo account or your own?

Yours, always. You own the account, the data, and everything built in it. If we stop working together, nothing leaves with me.

Do I need to be on Shopify?

For the full program, yes. Shopify and Klaviyo share data well, and that integration is where most of the value comes from. For strategy or deliverability work, other platforms are fine.

Will anything go out without my approval?

No. New flows and campaigns are built as drafts and reviewed with you before they go live.

How do you report on results?

A short weekly report covering revenue by flow and campaign, list growth, and deliverability, plus a monthly review of what to try next. It's meant to replace most status calls.

We're moving off Attentive, Mailchimp, or another tool. Can you help?

Yes. I've handled migrations to Klaviyo, including SMS consent, so subscribers come over cleanly and flows are live before the old tool shuts off. How migrations work.

Taking on new brands

Send me your store. I'll send back what I'd fix first.

Share your Shopify URL and a line about what's going on. I'll look through the site and your email program before we talk, so the first call gets somewhere.
